Faith of a Mustard Seed INC is a community-focused nonprofit committed to supporting young adults ages 18–24 who are aging out of foster care as they transition into independent adulthood.

We believe that every young person has the potential to succeed when they have access to the right support, resources, guidance, and opportunities. Our goal is to walk alongside each participant, helping them identify their goals, overcome barriers, and take meaningful steps toward independence.

Through housing support, education assistance, workforce development, case management, driving assistance, financial budgeting, and community resources, we provide practical tools and encouragement to help young adults build a stable foundation for their future.

Our program is short-term and goal-based, allowing each participant to focus on their individual needs while remaining accountable and connected to a supportive team.
